Fast and reliable
At Holz-Liebling, reliability doesn't stop with the production of our high-quality products. Shipping, as the final link, is particularly important to us. We pad our products appropriately so that the joy begins as soon as you unpack them.
Delivery areas
We deliver as standard throughout Europe. Outside Germany we charge a small shipping fee. However, if you live outside of Europe, please contact us and we will make you an individual offer with a suitable delivery option. For deliveries in Switzerland we have you here information compiled
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Once you have entered the appropriate shipping address. Free of charge throughout Germany, with a flat shipping fee outside of Germany. In the table above you will find the shipping flat rates that are calculated.
Delivery time
We manufacture a large number of our products according to your order. We create your very special favorite wooden product from prefabricated “blanks” which we pre-produce to a certain level of production. Therefore, production can take 2-5 days until we hand the package over to the logistics provider.

Please enclose the delivery note or invoice or note the order number so that our employees can quickly assign the order. You don't have to fill out a return slip.
If you have already paid in advance, the money will be refunded to you via the appropriate payment method as soon as we have received your return and it has been processed.
Return costs
We cannot cover the return costs due to our fair prices and the high return fees, but you can of course return the goods in the easiest and cheapest way for you. The only important thing is that the package arrives safely packaged and traceable. If you have received goods delivered by a freight forwarder, you will have to hire a freight company yourself to ship them back.
If a product is defective or you have received the wrong goods, we will of course refund the entire return shipping costs. The best thing to do is to call us. Please note that we cannot accept freight forwarded shipments due to the high fee.
Note: Free returns via Paypal
When paying with PayPal, you have the option of having the return costs reimbursed by PayPal 12 times a year, provided the retailer does not cover the return costs. To do this, you simply have to activate the “Free Returns” service in your PayPal account. You can find more information on the PayPal website.
