General Terms and Conditions of Holz-Liebling
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop https://www.holz-liebling.de .

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Press the button “Checkout”
5) Login to the online shop after registering and entering your login details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the button “order with payment” or “buy”
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser they are using after checking their details and correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by sending an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). This is our acceptance of your offer.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory sales tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option of making advance payment by

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to transfer the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are manufactured immediately after ordering or are already ready for dispatch.
Delivery takes place within 5 working days.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form or provide the data yourself.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, e.g. shipping by freight forwarder), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the item. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please send the goods back to us securely packaged and with sufficient postage and inform us in your written cancellation the shipment number for the returnNo liability is accepted for uninsured shipments.

Procedure in case of transport damage:
- Check the goods immediately upon receipt. Hidden transport damage must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Defects discovered later that are due to improper handling during transport will no longer be recognized and reimbursed by the insurance companies after this period has expired.
- Report the damage in writing via email info@holz-liebling.de with the subject Transport damage to order # (state order number). Please attach 1 photo each of the damaged product, the outer and inner packaging to this email and keep the product and the complete original packaging.
- We will then create a ticket with the responsible shipping service provider, who will collect the goods from you to assess the damage and at the same time produce a new product for you or refund you the amount as soon as the defective product is returned to us.
Certain goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal in the context of a distance selling contract exists according to § 312g paragraph 2 German Civil Code (BGB) but not for every product.
- Exceptions are special sizes made especially for the respective customer, which are not offered in the online shop
- Products with individual wood engraving
- Washbasins and dining tables due to their almost unique configuration in size and special options
